On February 18, 2016, the Board adopted the 2016 Monterey Peninsula Water Conservation and Rationing Plan. This Plan replaces the old one and features four “stages” of increasing conservation. The fourth stage covers the rationing plan. The Plan can be found in the District’s Rules and Regulations as Regulation XV.
