Water Demand Committee

May 6, 2002

 

 

I.          Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM in the District=s conference room.

II.        Concur with Approach Regarding Proposed Changes to Ordinance No. 96

The committee discussed several of the issues outlined in the staff report, and recommended changes that should be made to Ordinance No. 96 and the associated implementation guidelines.  Decisions made by the committee are outlined in the document titled Draft 3, Subject to Revision 5/21/2002 (attached as Exhibit 1).  Please refer to Issues 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and13 listed in the attachment.

 

III.       Other Items

No discussion to report.

 

IV.       Set Future Meeting Date 

The committee members agreed to remove consideration of this issue from the May 20, 2002 Board meeting agenda, and to discuss further changes to Ordinance No. 96 at a Water Demand Committee meeting set for May 22, 2002 at 8:00 AM.

 

V.        Adjourn

The meeting was adjourned at 6 PM.
