Project Title: Application to Amend Chugach Well #2 Water Distribution System

Project Location -- Specific: 36 West Garzas Road, APN 189-111-024

Project Location -- City: Carmel Valley (unincorp) County: Monterey

Description of Nature, Purpose and Beneficiaries of Project: Approval of application enables use of existing water well to two proposed parcels of about seven acres each rather than one parcel of roughly 14 acres in compliance Monterey County zoning ordinance allowed uses (no more than four service connections). Uses would include main house, guest house and irrigation on each proposed parcel. Water well has been approved by Monterey County Health Department and has complied with MPWMD registration and metering requirements. Beneficiaries are applicant and his family.
