Rules and Regulations Review	The committee was originally formed in 2000 to undertake a comprehensive review of the District’s Rules and Regulations to insure compliance with SWRCB Order 95-10. That task began with a review of proposed changes to the Definitions section of the District’s Rules and Regulations. Since then the committee has also provided direction on language for deed restrictions; considered rules for Board conduct; and procedures to ensure Brown Act compliance.
