Notes:

“Risk” refers to the risk of exceeding the interim 11,285 AFA Cal-Am Carmel River diversion limit set by the State Water Resources Control Board.

“Amount” refers to the acre-feet that may be considered for allocation.

“Water for New Uses” refers to water that may be available to jurisdictions as part of a new allocation program. This would be in addition to the 156 AF currently committed under the “Keep 156” option. There would be no preservation of the 156 AF for current jurisdiction commitments under the “Delete 156” option.
