RESOLUTION NO. 2004-7

A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the

Monterey Peninsula Water Management District adopting a new

Memorandum of Understanding between the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District and the Management Staff Bargaining Unit

WHEREAS, the District has adopted an Employer-Employee Relations Resolution for the administration of orderly labor relations between the District and its employee organizations:

WHEREAS, the District and Union have met and conferred in good faith and in accordance with the provisions of the District Employer-Employee Relations Resolution, and have arrived at an understanding concerning wages, hours, working conditions and other terms of employment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District does hereby authorize the General Manager to execute the following Memorandum of Understanding, attached hereto as ‘Attachment 1’.
