The adoption of the Consent Calendar will approve the Resolutions of Appreciation for Chuck McKay and Rod Mills, attached as Exhibit 3-A and Exhibit 3-B, respectively. Mr. McKay served on the Carmel River Advisory Committee for 10 years, starting June 20, 1994. Mr. Mills served on the Committee for four years, starting March 20, 2000.
