The adoption of the Consent Calendar will approve the Resolutions of Appreciation for Chuck McKay and Rod Mills attached as Exhibit 3-A and Exhibit 3-B, respectively. Mr. McKay served on the Carmel River Advisory Committee for ten years, starting June 20, 1994. Mr. Mills served on the Committee for four years, starting March 20, 2000. This item was continued from the Board meeting of September 20, 2004 so that Mr. Mills could be present.
