SUMMARY: The Board of Directors has a regular meeting
scheduled on Monday, December 20, 2004, which is five days before
Christmas. The Board meeting date could
be in conflict with holiday travel plans for Directors or persons who would
like to attend the Board meeting. In
response to this conflict, Chair Edwards has proposed that the meeting date be
rescheduled to Monday, December 13, 2004.
At the time of this writing, the Monterey City Council Chambers was
available for the meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Reschedule the December 20, 2004 Board meeting
to Monday, December 13, 2004 in the Monterey City Council Chambers.
