will end on September 30, 2005 (WY 2005). The rainfall and streamflow values are based
on measurements recorded in the upper
Water Supply Status: As shown, rainfall during WY 2005 has totaled 4.1 inches, which is 586% of the long-term average. Runoff during WY 2004 has totaled 960 acre-feet, which is 270% of average. Usable storage, which includes surface and ground water, was 26,230 acre-feet or 96% of average at the end of October. This storage equates to 70% of system capacity.
In addition, no adult steelhead have been counted in the fish
ladder at San Clemente Dam in WY 2005 to date.
Also, no juvenile steelhead have been rescued from drying reaches
