on measurements recorded in the upper
Water Supply Status: As shown, rainfall during WY 2005 has totaled 5.0 inches, which is 174% of the long-term average. Runoff during WY 2004 has totaled 2,040 acre-feet, which is 110% of average. Usable storage, which includes surface and ground water, was 26,730 acre-feet or 98% of average at the end of November. This storage equates to 71% of system capacity.
In addition, no adult steelhead have been counted in the fish
ladder at San Clemente Dam in WY 2005 to date.
Also, no juvenile steelhead have been rescued from drying reaches
