SUMMARY: Exhibit 6-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for December 2004. Exhibit 6-B and Exhibit 6-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period December 1-31, 2004. Check Nos. 29532 through 29725 and the direct deposits of employees paychecks resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $324,130.23. Exhibit 6-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending December 31, 2004.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the December 2004 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month. The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its April 4, 2005 meeting and voted 3 to 0 to recommend approval.
