SUMMARY: Exhibit 9-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for May 2005. Exhibit 9-B and Exhibit 9-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period May 1-31, 2005. Check Nos. 30499 through 30702, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $369,577.52. Exhibit 9-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending May 31, 2005.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the May 2005 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month. The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its July 7, 2005 meeting and voted 2 to 0 to recommend approval.
