strategic planning initiatives developed by the Board at the September 29, 2004
Strategic Planning Session. Exhibit
12-A is an abbreviated version of the
2004/2005 Strategic Plan that lists only items completed or in progress.
The Board will discuss revisions to the
Strategic Plan at the September 8, 2005 Strategic Planning Workshop. A Strategic Plan for 2005/2006 is scheduled
to be brought to the Board for adoption at the October 17, 2005 Board meeting.
