SUMMARY: As of September 30, 2005, a total of 53.806 acre-feet (15.7%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions.

the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted in September 2005
(“changes”), and the quantities remaining.
The Paralta Allocation had no debits during September 2005.
