SUMMARY: The 2005 Monterey County Grand Jury Report contains Findings and Recommendations related to District Ordinance No. 98 -- Bathroom Fixture Ordinance (Exhibit 2-A). A copy of the County’s request to respond to the Grand Jury report is attached as Exhibit 2-B.
Staff has prepared a response for the Board Chair to sign based on input provided by the Water Demand Committee (Exhibit 2-C).
RECOMMENDATION: If adopted with the Consent Calendar, the Board Chair will be authorized to sign the response to the Grand Jury Report and the letter will be mailed.
