1. Water Demand Storage Closet. The comment shown indicates that “personal files and photos stored in a large cardboard box should be taken home.” The fact is that the photos in the box are District staff photos, not personal photos, and the photos are intended to be used for District functions. The box also contains a number of divisional files that are being stored by the Water Demand Division. There is no need for further action.
2. Large, weighted hula hoop in garage. The hula hoop is personal exercise equipment that that is used in the garage during breaks. The District’s Employee Handbook states, “Employees are encouraged to participate in a fitness program.” As there are other items related to personal exercise that are stored in the garage (bikes and bike equipment) and elsewhere at the District offices, the hula hoop should not need to be removed.
3. Toilet stored in garage. The toilet has been moved to a shelf space and will be permanently removed pending direction from the Administrative Services Manager.
