SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 2-A is a resolution of appreciation for Dave Dettman, outgoing Senior Fisheries Biologist. Mr. Dettman has worked for the District as either a consultant or full-time employee over a period of time spanning 24 years, the last 17 years during which he has overseen all of the District’s fisheries resource management programs.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends approval of the resolution.
