SUMMARY: As of December 31, 2006, a total of 46.482 acre-feet (13.6%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 44.515 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 38.175 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 22-A shows the amount of water allocated to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted in December 2006 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had one debit of 1.219 acre-feet of water during December 2006.
