Included as Exhibit 9-A is the MPWMD 2006-2007 Strategic Plan adopted by the Board on October 16, 2006. The Strategic Plan includes a progress report on completion of the Three-Year Goals and Six-Month Strategic Objectives that are contained in the Plan. At the February 22, 2007 meeting, District staff will give an oral presentation highlighting progress that has been made on the Six-Month Strategic Objectives since the last Board meeting.
