SUMMARY: As of February 28, 2007, a total of 45.924 acre-feet (13.4%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 44.281 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 38.175 acre-feet is available as public water credits.

the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted in February 2007
(“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had one debit of
0.558 acre-feet during February 2007.
