SUMMARY: As of August 31, 2007, a total of 45.344 acre-feet (13.2%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 42.751 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 37.973 acre-feet is available as public water credits.

the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted in August 2007
(“changes”), and the quantities remaining.
The Paralta Allocation had one debit of 0.379 acre-feet of water during August 2007.
