SUMMARY: As of March 31, 2008, a total of 44.181 acre-feet (12.9%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions within the District. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 37.691 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 37.953 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 32-A shows the amount of water allocated to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted in March 2008 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had two debits during March 2008. Exhibit 32-A also shows public water credits available to each of the jurisdictions. Water credits for expired or canceled permits that were issued before January 1991 are shown as “PRE-Paralta Credits”. Transfers of commercial water credits into a jurisdiction’s allocation are included as “Public Credits.”
Exhibit 32-B shows the water entitlements for Quail Meadows, Pebble Beach Company, Del Monte Forest Benefited Properties, Macomber Estates, Griffin Trust, and Water West.
BACKGROUND: The District’s Water Allocation Program, associated resource system supply limits, and jurisdictional allocations have been modified by a number of key ordinances. These key ordinances are listed in Exhibit 32-C.
