Action: The Board will hold an administrative
hearing as required by MPWMD Rule 40 to determine if the
system capacity (production) and/or expansion capacity (connection) limits for
the Ryan Ranch Water Distribution System should be modified because the
physical water supplies do not appear sufficient to support the previously
set system limits. |
