Included as Exhibit 24-A is the MPWMD Strategic Plan that was adopted by the Board on February 28, 2008. The Three-Year Goals and Six-Month Strategic Objectives contained in the Plan were intended to cover the period of March through August 2008, however; the update documents progress made through January 7, 2009.
