SUMMARY: As of December 31, 2008, a total of 35.685 acre-feet (10.5%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 36.791 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 37.101 acre-feet is available as public water credits.

(“changes”), and the quantities remaining.
