SUMMARY: As of February 28, 2009, a total of 35.661 acre-feet (10.4%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 36.525 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 37.111 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 21-A shows the amount of water allocated
to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted
in February 2009 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had no debits during February
2009.

available to each of the jurisdictions and the information regarding the
