Action: This item is continued from the February
18, 2009 meeting when the Board conducted the second phase of its
administrative hearing, as required by MPWMD Rule 40, to determine
if the system capacity (production) and/or expansion capacity
(connection) limits for the Ryan Ranch Water Distribution System should be
modified because the physical water supplies do not appear sufficient to
support the previously set system limits. |
