SUMMARY: As of June 30, 2009, a total of 35.422 acre-feet (10.4%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 36.396 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 36.910 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 23-A shows the amount of water allocated
to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted
in June 2009 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had four debits during
June 2009.
