The adoption of the Consent Calendar will approve the Resolution of Appreciation to Richard H. Rosenthal for Service on the Carmel River Advisory Committee, attached as Exhibit 3-A. Mr. Rosenthal was appointed to the Committee by Director Molly Erickson in August 2002, re-appointed the Committee by Director Kristi Markey, and served on the Committee through October 2008.
