SUMMARY: As of October 31, 2009, a total of 26.046 acre-feet (7.6%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 36.225 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 35.127 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 26-A shows the amount of water allocated
to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted
in October 2009 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had four debits during
October 2009.

BACKGROUND: The District’s Water Allocation Program, associated resource system supply limits, and jurisdictional allocations have been modified by a number of key ordinances. These key ordinances are listed in Exhibit 26-C.
