SUMMARY: As of November 30, 2009, a total of 25.759 acre-feet (7.6%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 36.225 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 35.127 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 30-A shows the amount of water allocated
to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted
in November 2009 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had three debits during
November 2009.
