SUMMARY: Exhibit 9-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for August 2009.  Exhibit 9-B and Exhibit 9-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period August 1-31, 2009.  Check Nos. 1513 through 1754, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $439,076.91.  Exhibit 9-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending August 31, 2009.

 

RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the August 2009 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.
