SUMMARY: Exhibit 10-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for September 2009. Exhibit 10-B and Exhibit 10-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period September 1-30, 2009. Check Nos. 1755 through 2129, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $564,414.94. Exhibit 10-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending September 30, 2009.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the September 2009 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.
