SUMMARY: Exhibit 8-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for October 2009. Exhibit 8-B and Exhibit 8-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period October 1-31, 2009. Check Nos. 2038 through 2330, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $535,074.66. Exhibit 8-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending October 31, 2009.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the October 2009 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.
