SUMMARY: As of April 30, 2010, a total of 25.328 acre-feet (7.4%) of the Paralta Well allocation remained available for use by the jurisdictions. Pre-Paralta water in the amount of 36.176 acre-feet is available to the jurisdictions, and 35.137 acre-feet is available as public water credits.
Exhibit 29-A shows the amount of water allocated
to each jurisdiction from the Paralta Well Allocation, the quantities permitted
in April 2010 (“changes”), and the quantities remaining. The Paralta Allocation had six debits during April
2010.
