SUMMARY:
Attached as Exhibit 11-A is a list of committee assignments
for calendar year 2011. All committees are made up of less than a quorum of the
Board. The Administrative Committee is
the District’s one standing committee.
It generally meets one week prior to the Board meeting. The other committees do not meet regularly,
but only as needed.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board should ratify appointments as presented, or modify them by
motion.
