SUMMARY: In compliance with recently adopted Ordinance No. 145 (Permit, Conservation, and Enforcement Regulation Amendment), the attached Resolution 2010-15 (Exhibit 12-A) implements changes to Table 1 -- Residential Fixture Unit Count Values (Exhibit 12-B) and Table 2 – Non-Residential Water Use Factors (Exhibit 12-C). This action ensures consistency in the application of the District’s Rules and Regulations. These changes may be made by Board resolution pursuant to District Rule 24-A.1.b Residential Calculation of Water Use Capacity and District Rule 24-B Non-Residential Calculation of Water Use Capacity.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends that the Board
approve, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water
Management District Amending, Table 1:
Residential Fixture Unit Count Values and Table 2: Non-Residential Water Use
Factors. Changes are shown in bold
