Action:  The Board will review the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2011-2012.  General direction will be given to staff but the Board will take no formal action.  The Board is scheduled to consider adoption of the budget at the regular monthly meeting on June 20, 2011.

Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 2011-09 Directing California American Water to Continue Collection and Remittance of the District Water Distribution System User Fee in Accord with District Ordinance 123

Action:  The Board will consider adoption of a resolution ordering California American Water to collect and remit to the District the Water Distribution System User Fee as required by District Ordinance No. 123, in order to defray the full costs of the District’s Mitigation and Aquifer Storage and Recovery Programs.
