SUMMARY: The former General Manager and Board Secretary, Darby Fuerst, retired July 29, 2011. On September 1, 2011, David J. Stoldt joined the District as General Manager. The Board should consider the appointment of David J. Stoldt to the position of Board Secretary.
RECOMMENDATION: Appoint David J. Stoldt, General Manager, to the position of Board Secretary.
IMPACT TO STAFF/RESOURCES: None; as there is no increase in compensation associated with the Board Secretary position.
