SUMMARY: On January 30, 2013 the Board met and
discussed the General Manager’s annual performance appraisal. As a result, the
Board recommended a revision in the General Manager’s annual compensation to
$170,500. This amount will be below the
FY 2011-12 average for 11 comparable Monterey County special agencies which was
$181,940.
RECOMMENDATION: Amend
section III.A of the “Agreement for Employment of General Manager” to reflect
the revised annual compensation, effective September 1, 2012.
