SUMMARY: The Management Staff bargaining unit and the
Board’s negotiating representatives have agreed to terms for a new 3-year
Memorandum of Understanding, attached as Exhibit 14-A.
The agreement is described in the staff note for Item 14 on the
Consent Calendar. These three members of
the bargaining unit were already participants in the LIUNA healthcare plan and
not subject to the transfer discussed for the General Staff unit earlier..
RECOMMENDATION: The General
Manager recommends that the Board adopt the Management Staff Agreement as it
appears in Exhibit 14-A.
