Carmel River Advisory Committee (Committee) members are appointed for terms expiring on June 30, or on the date the appointing Director is replaced, whichever occurs first. Bill Thayer, who was elected to the Board in November 2013, replaced Judi Lehman and thus, the term of Ms. Lehman’s appointee (John Dalessio) expired. A list of the Committee members, their term ending dates, and the corresponding appointing Board members is provided in Exhibit 9-A. The following member has been appointed by his respective Board member:
