SUMMARY: According to the Water Management District’s Enabling Legislation, §118-351, a public hearing on the annual report of the activities of the District shall be conducted in March of each year. The enabling legislation also specifies that public notice of the hearing be published ten days in advance of the hearing. In order to comply with public notice requirements, a public hearing on the 2013 Annual Report will be conducted at the April 21, 2014 Board meeting.
