SUMMARY: The next Regular Board meeting was set for June 16, 2014; however, the General Manager, District Counsel, Administrative Division Manager and other key staff will be in San Francisco that day attending hearings before the California Public Utilities Commission. The General Manager discussed this situation with the Board Chair and Vice Chair and they agreed to cancel the June 16, 2014 meeting date and reschedule to Monday, June 23, 2014 at 7 pm in the Water Management District’s conference room. All directors have been notified of the change and have confirmed their attendance. Notice of the new meeting date will be posted at the Water Management District office and website, and distributed to interested persons by mail and email.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The Board should approve cancellation of the June 16, 2014 meeting date and agree to reschedule the meeting to Monday, June 23, 2014, at 7 pm in the Water Management District’s conference room.
