SUMMARY: Rule No.12 of the Meeting Rules of the
Monterey Peninsula Water Management District states that regular Board meetings
shall be held “at the City Council Chambers in the City of Monterey.” This section must be amended, as the Board
has been meeting at the District office since November 2006 and plans to
continue meeting at that location. Attached
as Exhibit 3-A is draft Resolution No. 2015-01 amending
Meeting Rule No. 12 to state that regular Board meetings shall be held at the
District office.
RECOMMENDATION:
District staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 2015-01.
