SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 152 created a nine member “Ordinance 152 Citizen’s Oversight

Panel” as an advisory group to the Board of Directors on expenditures from the Connection

Charge adopted in June 2012. According to the committee charge, each Director makes one appointment to the committee. Director Adams has appointed Jody Hanson to complete a two-year term that will end on March 20, 2019. Attached as Exhibit 4-A is the letter of appointment from Director Adams’ office.

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the appointment of Jody Hanson to complete a two-year term that will end on March 20, 2019.
