SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 152 created a nine member “Ordinance 152 Citizen’s Oversight

Panel” as an advisory group to the Board of Directors on expenditures from the Connection

Charge adopted in June 2012. According to the committee charge, each Director makes one appointment to the committee. Director Lewis has appointed Susan Schiavone to complete a two-year term that will end on April 19, 2019.

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the appointment of Susan Schiavone to complete a two-year term that will end on April 19, 2019.
