SUMMARY:
At its October 17,
2017 meeting the Legislative Advocacy Committee received an annual report of
activities prepared by the General Manger, attached here as Exhibit 7-A,
as well as an annual report prepared by JEA & Associates, attached as Exhibit 7-B. They are presented here as an informational
item for the entire board to review.
Also attached as Exhibit 7-C is a summary of meeting undertaken by The
Board Chair, the general managers of the District and Monterey One Water, and
representatives of The Ferguson Group October 23rd through 25th,
2017.
RECOMMENDATION:
The General
Manager recommends the Board receive the reports.
