SUMMARY: On January 21,
2022 the District Board conducted a special meeting where strategic goals were
discussed. Near-term and long-term
objectives were developed. Exhibit 18-A shows the goals and objectives as
agreed to in the meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: The General Manager recommends the Board adopt the District strategic goals and objectives for 2022.
